Roll Crushers and Liners are made of wear-resistant steel casting with manganese alloy. Roller surfaces can be selected as smooth or chamfered type to provide the desired material size. Two smooth rollers are used to crush fine material, one smooth and one chamfered roller for medium material, and two chamfered rollers are used to crush coarse material. It is possible to crush materials of various hardness and humidity with roller crushers. The gap between the rollers can be adjusted within certain lower and upper limits according to the desired material size. As the gap between the rollers increases, the capacity increases accordingly.
